Toyota getting Sportier?

Do you remember the Toyota Supra? How about the old Toyota Corolla? Not the front wheel drive fuel economy one of today, rather the drifty rear-wheel drive one of yesteryear?

Since then Toyota hasn't really produced anything capable of even coming close to filling the shoes of the once mighty Supra.

Now though, they might be on the right track.

The Ford "Built Ford Tough Tour" stopped in at Castrol Speedway in Edmonton on Wednesday to show off their four new engines that will be used in the 2011 Ford F-150s.

Most prominent amongst these engines was the 3.5L twin-turbo V6. Ford claims this engine is capable of rivalling a V8.

So the big question is: did it match up?
